Another Look at Watercolor – Filling Shapes with Radiant Light with Ray Ewing
March 12 @ 9:30 am - March 14 @ 3:30 pm275$
Cost: $220 Members, $275 Non-Members
Looking at watercolor as a “painting material” and not just as a “watery color”, we will learn to control the paint and not let the paint control itself. Emphasis will be on composition and value. We will use a rich application of color, going from a thin “tea” mixture to a more saturated application. Color mixing and application will be a large part of the workshop. Students will work from photographs or a still life arrangement.
