In-Person – 2-day Decoration with Slip Workshop with Robbie Johnson 02/27-28/2021

Students will learn how to decorate pottery with different variations of slip. Techniques will include thick slip textures, colored slip patterns and sgraffito. 

Day 1 we will be making all of our pots and prepping them for slip application. 

Day 2 will be final decoration and finishing for firing. Pieces will be finished with a clear glaze after the pots are bisque fired. Finished work can be mailed for a shipping fee or picked up 3-4 weeks after last class date.
