SUMMARY:Artists Paint OC: Plein Air Event 2023
DESCRIPTION:Artists will take to the boardwalk\, streets\, harbors\, bay and marshes to participate. “En plein air” is a French expression that means “in the open air\,” used to describe the art of painting outdoors. Artists will paint the picturesque spots of the Ocean City area\, then gather at the Arts Center on Saturday to hang their best work and offer it for sale from 5-7 p.m. at a free reception open to the public. Free! Live music. Cash bar. Hors d’oeuvres. Meet the artists. \nSunday Aug. 13\, 9-11am\nQuick Paint on the Boardwalk: Watch the artists paint around S. Division St. to compete for prizes. \nSunday Aug. 13\, 1-3pm\nWet Paint Sale & Free Reception: Take home a masterpiece just painted on the OC Boardwalk.
