The Art League of Ocean City is thrilled to launch a bold new benefit initiative — the Art League Games, where passion meets creativity in a friendly competition to support the arts. This is not your average benefit. In this arena, our champions don’t wield swords — they host epic events, rally their supporters, and raise critical funds to keep creativity alive in our community.
What Are the Art League Games?
The Art League Games invite individuals or teams — our modern-day Gladiators — to plan and host their own benefit events, with all proceeds supporting the Art League of Ocean City’s educational and outreach programs. These events can be anything from trivia nights to wine tastings, game tournaments to backyard BBQs — whatever inspires the Gladiator.
Throughout the Games, the Art League will support each Gladiator with promotional coverage across social media and email. The Games will culminate in a celebration in April 2026, where the top champion will be honored as the Champion of the Arts.
This effort isn’t just about contributions — it’s about passion, dedication, and showing the community how powerful art can be when we all come together.

Think you’ve got what it takes to join the Games? Sign up to be a Gladiator at OCart.org/ArtLeagueGames. The Games run through March 31, 2026 — plenty of time to plan your event, gather your team, and make an impact.
If you’re not ready to Gladiate, you can still play a role by contributing to your favorite participant or attending their events. Every effort helps support the Art League’s mission to make art accessible, educational, and inspirational for all.
