Artist Biography:
I am retired from the technology industry where I spent my career building and managing large, complex systems. I have been inspired by my mother, who was an artist and a teacher with a love of birds. I began my photography in 2018. I moved to Delaware in 2022 with my husband. I am involved with the Sussex Bird Club, the Coastal Camera Club, and am a volunteer with Tristate Bird Rescue. I began to be recognized for my photography in 2023. In 2025, I launched a website to showcase my work and to give 100% of the proceeds of any sales to charities that support the environment, wildlife, and our natural world.
Artist Statement:
I strive to create images that highlight the beauty of our natural world. I initially focused on birds and have branched out to all wildlife, landscapes, and the beauty of the outdoors. I occasionally capture images outside of my norm as I learn more about seeing things through my lens.
