The inaugural OC Film Festival filled the resort with screenings of 138 films over 4 days - Thursday through Sunday - and attendees voted for their favorite film. The winner was Philadelphian Rob Bell III with his documentary "Bern" that explored the world of politics and Bernie Sanders' run for president in 2016. Shown at the closing party at Touch of Italy on Sunday night are (left to right): Rina Thaler, executive director of the Ocean City Center for the Arts; Bell; and Film Festival coordinators William Strang-Moya and Kristin Helf.
