Color Run for the Arts
Get ready to run, create, and celebrate!
Join the Art League of Ocean City on November 15, 2025, at Ocean Pines Veterans Memorial Park for a day of fun at our Color Run!
This isn’t just a run — it’s a full-on celebration of the arts! Enjoy a festive atmosphere featuring an artisan marketplace*, music, raffles, Grateful Grub food truck, Kona Ice and so much fun. Whether you’re running, walking, or just soaking it all in, there’s something for everyone.
During a color run, runners and walkers are doused in a different color powder at various points along the course. Participants usually wear white at the starting line and finish the race plastered in bright colors. The colored powders are safe on the skin and for the environment and simply wash off.
*A full list of artisans coming soon.
Come run for the arts and stay for the fun!
Whether you’re racing for a cause, walking with friends, or bringing the kids for some colorful fun, there’s something for everyone:
8:00 AM – Check-in Begins
9:00 AM – Kids Run (Perfect for ages 9 & under)
9:30 AM – 5K Color Run
10:00 AM – 2-Mile Walk around the scenic South Gate Pond

Giving Tuesday
This Giving Tuesday, December 2nd, as the holiday season begins, the global movement of generosity reminds us to step back from consumerism and focus on paying it forward—helping those in our community less fortunate.
For the Art League of Ocean City (ALOC), this day is a critical lifeline. While we are proud to open our doors year-round with free admission to the public, the soaring operating costs of our $1.8 million budget, combined with unexpected funding cuts, threaten our ability to sustain the free programs that define us.
Your donation today allows us to continue providing free after-school art enrichment for children in Title I schools, offering healing art classes for those struggling with grief and stress, and most critically, securing the future of the arts in the Delmarva region.
By contributing to the ALOC now, you are empowering us to deliver compassion, creativity, and crucial educational opportunities to everyone—from the youngest student picking up a paintbrush to the aspiring college artist. Let your generosity be the gift that helps us help hundreds of others this season!

Miracle on 34th Street – LSPAC Performance – Saturday
Miracle on 34th Street – Performed by the Lower Shore Performing Arts Company
Saturday, December 13 • 7–9 PM: Click here to purchase tickets
Art League of Ocean City
Step into a nostalgic holiday experience as the Lower Shore Performing Arts Company brings the beloved Christmas classic Miracle on 34th Street to life as a 1940s-style Lux Radio Theater performance. Complete with live sound effects, character voice acting, and musical accompaniment, this charming production captures the heart and wonder of the original film while offering the warmth and intimacy of a live radio broadcast.
The story follows Kris Kringle, a kindly old man who fills in as a department store Santa — and claims to be the real Santa Claus. What begins as a simple holiday job soon turns into a court case that challenges belief itself. With themes of faith, joy, and the magic of the season, Miracle on 34th Street reminds us that sometimes seeing isn’t believing — believing is seeing.
Tickets: $25
Seating is limited — reserve your spot early!
